General Guidelines

Meetings are discouraged during the first two and last two weeks of the semester in recognition of peak times for faculty and staff on campus, and in key support units at all campuses. Also, generally we will try to avoid committee/council meetings in August, December, January & May in recognition of semester start/end priorities. Do not schedule meetings on the same dates/times as other meetings or use acronyms when placing on the Google Shared Governance Meeting Calendar. Please work with the Chair/Assistant of the Committee if there is a conflict with your meeting.

Minutes will be posted on the ACC Meeting Minutes Repository or on individual sites.
