Applications are now being accepted for the ACC Leadership Academy. Employees interested in deepening their leadership skills and networking with others across the college are encouraged to apply.
“I am most thankful for my Leadership Academy experience because it has made me look at myself from the inside out. This has strengthened me as a person, first and foremost, and given me a perspective on how I can be effective as a leader. I have also felt particularly blessed to have met so many ACC folks from the various departments of the college. This has widened my appreciation for ACC as a whole and how ACC’s goals and mission are reflected in departments outside of my own, says Jolene Virgo, Bachelor of Advanced Technologies in Manufacturing Coordinator.
