We are excited to announce the next generation of the Theory of Change Institute-the ToC Network! Big things are on the horizon for next year, and they go beyond a new name.
The focus of the program is evolving!
As the Theory of Change (ToC) project moves toward implementation, the purpose and programming of the ToCI are shifting, too. Originally designed to build core skills for understanding and advancing the ToC and foundational leadership development, the ToC Network will take things further. The goals and time commitment will remain consistent, but the curriculum will focus on ACC-specific leadership and the final recommendations emerging from the ToC design process.
We’re also thrilled to share that our Chancellor will play an active role in the Network, regularly joining sessions to share his leadership vision and engage directly with participants about ToC work.

The first cohort of the ToCI was selected from the Theory of Change nomination pool for their potential as future change leaders. Now, we’re opening the door wider. Anyone who has successfully completed the ToCI or served on a completed design team will be automatically invited to join The ToC Network. Others who are interested can earn the ToCI core curriculum badge to qualify.
