Development Teams

We have established four specialized cross-functional Development Teams to provide guidance and support in the areas of change management, data, technology, and leadership development. These teams, composed of ACC subject-matter experts, ensure resource access between Design Teams and root college-wide supporting partners deeply within the ongoing work. Each Design Team will include a representative who reports to the Development Teams, promoting transparency and fostering communication, collaboration, and innovation across all efforts.
