Thank you to everyone who attended the Theory of Change Exchange on Feb 28th. We had 380 participants online and around 200 in person. That is incredible! If you were unable to attend, the slide decks of the Phase 1 team presentations are now available on each design team’s repository, as well as on the “Resources” tab of the ToC website. There has been an unfortunate issue with the recording which is causing delays. We hope to get recordings of the presentation to you soon.
Another exciting new resource is the Theory of Change Foundations video series. In the first video, Russell reflects on how we got here and why our Theory of Change work matters. In the second video, I discuss how the work is organized, expectations at each step, and how we’ll measure success. Two more videos are still to come! These videos are found on the “Planning Process” page of the ToC website.
