One aspect of the Theory of Change project that has not received much attention is the Development Teams. They are essential wrap-around supports for our design teams by cross-college subject-matter experts in four topics: change management, data, leadership development, and technology. Under the guidance of our Development Team Leads- Ana Rummer (change management), Dr. Jenna Cullinane-Hege (data), Dr. Missi Patterson (leadership development), and Sarah Lisenbe and Sandra Germenis (technology)- the council and support of these ACC experts play an integral role in helping ensure the success of our initiative. We are grateful for the willingness of these SMEs to assist our design teams and project leadership.
