The CLI will host a campus conversation series in spring 2025 to share insights from recent employee surveys and discuss solutions that can help reshape leadership at ACC.
Each session will feature a brief update from members of the CLI followed by special tabling workshops where guests can enjoy food for thought while they take a deeper dive into the ACC Values with fellow colleagues, and the CLI team. Come to discuss and learn what it looks like to lead with courage, compassion, joy, and the spirit of yes. Feedback from these sessions will help the CLI develop a blueprint for leadership at the College that everyone can use.
