Join members of the Chancellor’s Leadership Institute (CLI2) for Growing Great Leaders, a collaborative learning series focused on relational leadership.
Throughout our CLI journey, we have explored a variety of leadership concepts, frameworks, and practical tools that support relationship-centered leadership. In this series, we will share some of those tools while creating space for participants to contribute their own experiences, perspectives, and practices. Together, we will learn from one another and expand our collective leadership toolbox.
These interactive sessions are grounded in the belief that leadership growth happens through connection, reflection, and shared learning. By bringing together leaders from across the college, we hope to strengthen our ability to build trust, foster collaboration, navigate challenges, and create the conditions for people and teams to thrive.
Whether you are a formal leader or lead through your influence and relationships, we invite you to join us as we learn together and continue developing the skills, mindsets, and practices that support relational leadership at ACC.
