Change Network

The Change Network is a grassroots effort to communicate, advocate for, and support organizational change, specifically the implementation of Workday for the College. Typical Change Network activities are focused on building awareness, engaging others in changes, and providing support during and after implementation.

Members of the Change Network (referred to as Change Champions) meet monthly to review materials to share with their colleagues. They are available to field questions about the Workday implementation over email, in team meetings, and over chat. Change Champions will also offer support of all changes post go-live. 

Change Champion Activities:

  • Deliver targeted communications and project updates
  • Socialize the change in team meetings and other engagement activities
  • Participate in post go-live support

Expectations

  • Drive awareness, engagement, and user adoption
  • Gather input and feedback and provide to change management team
  • Support colleagues and peers through the change
  • Sustainment of changes post go-live
