About Spring Development Day
This year’s theme, “Level Up Your Work,” builds on the Faculty Growth Series and extends the Connected Classroom concepts from Mini Development Day into more advanced, skill-building territory. Attendees will explore sessions designed to enhance teaching practices, deepen technical and AI literacy, strengthen interpersonal and leadership skills, and foster a sense of belonging across the college community. The day also provides valuable opportunities for collaboration and connection with colleagues.
