The college’s work to nurture a culture of Collaboration, Connection & Caring (3Cs) continues with training resources and guides.
The fifth in this series of guides is called “Respecting Each Other.” This guide helps explain what bullying is and identifies bullying behaviors and challenges that contribute to bullying.
The guide encourages speaking up and saying something because implicit permission is given by remaining silent. The guide offers tips and advice for ways in which you can take complaints about bullying seriously and steps to change bullying behavior.
