We are shifting ToC into high gear!
The Practice of Change Roadshow Series is a district-wide, interactive program that connects the ACC community to design recommendations as they move from concept to implementation. Each one-hour session provides updates on current projects, shows how recommendations are translated into actionable work, and highlights the impact of implementation on students and employees. Participants will explore resources, ask questions, and engage in open dialogue. Sessions are recorded and shared for ongoing access.

Roadshows rotate across ACC campuses and cover different portfolios throughout the year, so one is coming to your campus!
Why This Matters
Teams across ACC have spent the past year developing thoughtful, innovative recommendations to improve how we serve students and support one another. The Roadshow Series makes this work visible, ensures the community stays informed, and provides opportunities to engage in the ongoing transition from design to action, all while keeping the student experience central to every conversation.
Stay Connected and Get Involved
All recordings and project updates are available on Project Hub, ACC’s central space for tracking progress, accessing project plans, finding points of contact, and exploring resources.
Attend a Practice of Change Roadshow to see how design recommendations are becoming real projects and learn how implementation is impacting students and employees. Share the insights with your teams and colleagues so everyone can stay informed and engaged as ACC moves from ideas to action.
