Guiding Principles

Financial Effectiveness

We will be responsible and good stewards of taxpayer investments, maintain affordability for students, and optimize operating efficiencies and effectiveness 

Holistic Wellness

Structures, processes, initiatives, and timelines should be set after intentional consideration of their impact on students and employee well-being.

Impact

Data must demonstrate effectiveness and continual improvement to lead us toward a 70% completion rate. Outcomes: Completion, Labor Market Outcomes, Learning, and Equity

Scale

We should only plan and resource efforts that collectively serve, at a minimum, at least 25% of all students

Alignment

Our efforts must integrate and build with each other, instead of working in parallel or competition against each other
