Through intentional and collaborative efforts, the development of the Austin Marketing & Enrollment Strategic Plan (AMES) takes into account the strategic goals of the institution and aims to make significant, measurable changes that will have a positive impact on enrollment at ACC. The plan serves as a roadmap for achieving enrollment targets and ensuring the long-term success of both the college and its students.
However, our ultimate objective is not limited to enhancing enrollment figures; we aspire to adopt a holistic approach to addressing persistence and completion rates at ACC.
ACC Enrollment Management has collaborated with SWIM Digital to establish key strategic objectives that will guide our decision-making going forward. We will evaluate these objectives at both a macro and micro level to address any obstacles that may impede the successful execution of the AMES plan.
