In order to execute the enrollment funnel as recommended by SWIM Digital and streamline the efficiency of internal processing workflows, the process re-engineering strike team has worked to develop and map processes to clearly define automated and outbound student communications, technology integrations, and business processes needed to convert students at these key milestones: 

The Process Re-Engineering team has played a key role in auditing our current processes on a microscopic level to help determine how we can continue to perform at the level that will ensure our students are successful from the start of their enrollment process.
