The re-engineering process development resulted in communication plans that are in tandem and aligned for students. This plan centers around creating clear structures and modes of communication for each touchpoint represented in the process maps.
A clear structure and communications for each touchpoint represented in the process maps will create:
- Efficiencies created within processes
- Encouragement to move students through the enrollment funnel
- Communications of just-in-time information about the onboarding processes
To continue our work towards process improvement, ACC has future plans to launch feedback collection tools such as surveys and online forms. This will allow us to receive first-hand anecdotal and data-driven feedback from ACC students and staff on the new communication plan at each stage of the funnel.
