Strategic Recruitment and Enrollment
As ACC continues to strive to revolutionize its approach to serving students and the community, we have forged a partnership with SWIM Digital Group to help us build strategies to enhance recruitment and student enrollment.
Following an initial analysis and recommendations related to the ACC student onboarding and enrollment experience, the teams created transformational change around the student onboarding experience to ensure that students begin their ACC careers strong and are retained through completion.
Strike Teams
SWIM Digital Group has collaborated with several Strike Teams, comprising stakeholders with diverse skill sets, to lead the efforts in analyzing marketing and recruitment endeavors, streamlining processes for student acquisition and onboarding, developing automated communication strategies, and constructing the ACC Marketing & Enrollment Strategic (AMES) Plan.


Overview
In order to sustain and nurture the progress of ACC’s innovations in student services, there is a need for a cultural shift within the institution that welcomes and fosters these changes. ACC has partnered with SWIM Digital Group to formulate strategies that promote the objective of enhancing enrollment and retention.
Leadership Updates & Training
As we continue with this project, we will disseminate updates and training materials from our college’s leadership to enhance the likelihood of successful change. This will encompass the five key elements of change management: Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, and Reinforcement.


AMES
The ACC Marketing & Enrollment Strategic (AMES) Plan outlines the overarching strategy that ACC will employ to achieve its objective of boosting recruitment and enrollment.
Process Mapping
Process maps offer a blueprint of necessary functions, touchpoints, and job responsibilities for processes that facilitate ACC’s aim to enhance enrollment and retention.


Communication Plans
Creating communication plans establishes the essential touchpoints that propel conversions throughout the various stages of the student funnel.
