Theory of Change Design Team Update: Co-Requisite Design Team
The College heard the final recommendations from the Co-Requisite Theory of Change Design Team. The team focused on strengthening and expanding support systems in a responsive environment for students. The plan includes an accelerated cohort model with tiered embedded tutoring offerings for college credit completion in one semester. To operationalize this framework, the recommendations suggest a central Co-Requisite Office, automated real-time placement using multiple measures, increased professional development for instructors, and trained co-requisite specialists across the College.
