As Austin Community College District (ACC) navigates a period of significant and ongoing change, every employee’s voice matters. College leadership invites all faculty and staff to share their honest perspectives, experiences, and feedback in the 2026 Employee Climate Survey.

Whether you want to highlight what is working well or point out areas where the College needs to improve, this biennial survey offers a direct, candid platform to share your thoughts and help shape ACC’s direction.

Why Your Feedback Matters

Employee input has been fundamental in guiding how leadership navigates change. Your past feedback has directly shaped major College initiatives, including Theory of Change design teams, upward evaluations, increasing consistency in the hiring process, leadership development, and recent efforts to increase food availability on campus.

Completing this survey ensures leadership hears your honest perspective as we continue identifying what is working and where we need to improve together. Survey results are also used to track ongoing progress on the Institutional Effectiveness Report Card.

Anonymous and Confidential Survey

Your privacy is fully protected. The survey is completely anonymous, and the Office of Institutional Research & Analytics (OIRA) will not be able to tell who submitted each response.

OIRA will review and report data only in combined large summary groups (such as employee group or campus) to help evaluate broad institutional trends. Data will never be broken down to a level that could identify an individual, a specific office, or a small work unit.

How to Participate

Check your inbox! On Wednesday, September 23, employees received an email containing a personalized, single-use access link sent from Dr. Jenna Cullinane Hege and OIRA. Do not forward or share your link, as each link is a single-use code.

The survey takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete and will remain open through Sunday, October 25.
