Workday performance has been fully restored. All functionality, including general access, reporting, and task functionality, should now be operating normally.

A Message from the Office of Information Technology

Workday issued an alert on Monday, May 4, reporting performance issues affecting the user interface. 

As of 5 p.m., the Workday production environment (https://www.myworkday.com/austincc/d/home.htmld) is unavailable. Users cannot access the system, including reports and task functionality. 

The College’s IT team is aware and is monitoring the situation closely. There is no available workaround at this time, and an estimated time for restoration has not yet been provided.
