Austin Community College District’s (ACC) new service request system, TeamDynamix (TDX), is now live! The Mojo ticketing system has been turned off ahead of its permanent retirement in December.

What to Expect
From today forward, employees can receive assistance by going to our new Client Portal to submit a ticket. As of October 28, 2025, Mojo is no longer available to open new tickets, and employees who go to the old Mojo site will receive this message:

Training and Guides
Simple, brief training guides are now available. Employees who need assistance reporting a problem or requesting a service can watch these videos.
Communications
ACC’s Office of Information Technology will continue to issue communications this week across the College, highlighting the changes and support from the project team.
Mojo Open Tickets and Data Retention
The project team will be archiving data exported from Mojo in mid-November and will share instructions on how to get access to old, closed tickets if needed.
Upcoming Milestones
- Wednesday, October 29, 7 a.m. – TeamDynamix goes live! Fulfillers/agents across multiple departments should work to finalize the resolution of current open Mojo tickets or manually transition tickets to TDX. This means that fulfillers/agents across the College will be working in both Mojo and TDX for a short period of time.
- Monday, November 17– All Mojo access removed, archive made available.

Our TeamDynamix (TDX) project team will continue working with departments post-launch to minimize any disruptions, monitor performance, review the new dashboards, and drive continuous improvement.
