As Austin Community College District’s (ACC) Theory of Change process enters its second year, the College offers a new opportunity for engagement. Employees can now apply to join the Theory of Change Network to get the inside scoop on all things leadership and Theory of Change.

Members will have opportunities to:

  • Hear about Russell’s vision for re-centering leadership directly from him
  • Spend time learning with like-minded colleagues
  • Be a part of the “first knowers” network for Theory of Change
  • Help vet Design Team presentations
  • Nominate Implementation Team members

The TOC Network holds 1.5-hour hybrid meetings each month. Members are expected to read communications and do short assignments between sessions. 

Enrollment is on a rolling basis each semester, and the first deadline is Monday, September 22, for the fall semester.
