Every three years, Austin Community College District (ACC) participates in nationwide surveys to better understand the student experience—inside and outside the classroom. There is still time for students to complete the Dual Enrollment Survey of Student Engagement (DESSE).
ACC will use the results to inform the work of the Theory of Change Design Teams.
About the DESSE Surveys
The Dual Enrollment Survey of Student Engagement (DESSE) will be available to dual credit students.
The survey focuses on educational activities and practices that research shows are related to student success. The results offer ACC faculty and administrators information on how students spend their time, what they feel they have gained from their classes, how the college supports their learning, and how they assess the quality of their interactions with faculty, counselors, and peers.
The DESSE will be open through Friday, May 16.
The online surveys only take a few minutes to complete.
