Encourage students to make a plan to keep their fall classes. Austin Community College District (ACC) offers multiple payment options to help students pay for and stay in their classes.
ACC offers several options for the exact amount due:
- Checks
- Money orders (from U.S.)
- Cashier checks (from U.S. banks)
- Credit cards (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa)
For students needing a little extra time, there is an interest-free payment plan. The plans split the tuition payment into three installments.
Fall 2024 Payment Deadlines:
When You Registered | When You Must Pay/ Establish Payment Plan |
May 13-August 13 | Tuesday, Aug. 13 |
August 14-August 20 | Tuesday, Aug. 20 |
August 21-August 27 | Tuesday, Aug. 27 |
On or after August 28 | Weekly, each Tuesday |
Reminder: For students in the Free Tuition Pilot Program cohort and/or recipients of the Affordability Scholarship, tell them to check their MyACC account. They may still be responsible for nontuition fees. This may include out-of-district fees, textbook costs, or unique course fees. Students who aren’t sure whether they’ll owe money can find out by logging into Self-Service and selecting “Financial Information » Pay for Classes” to see any fees or charges that are not covered by their Affordability Scholarship. They’ll be expected to pay any remaining balance before the payment deadline.
