Hundreds of ACC faculty and staff attended the Office of Institutional Research & Analytics’ Data Deep Dive sessions during the spring semester to learn more about the data driving the college’s Theory of Change. To help keep the data fresh in people’s minds, OIRA is launching a Summer Data Refresher series from July 22 to 29.
The daily email series will feature a summarized version of the data from the previous sessions and offer opportunities to engage with it. There will also be opportunities to win prizes and connect with colleagues.
There is no need to register. Emails with information about how to log in to the sessions will be sent to all faculty and staff.
About the Data Deep Dive Series
The Data Deep Dive sessions took place virtually throughout April and May to build on information shared at the Data Summit.
In total, 804 ACC faculty and staff joined at least one live Data Deep Dive session, and 38% attended three or more sessions. In addition to the live events, the session materials were also viewed and downloaded 960 times.

Recordings of all the Data Deep Dive sessions can be found on the OIRA Data Deep Dive web page.
Following these sessions, OIRA heard from employees that they wanted more opportunities to explore the data and enhance their comprehension, which is what launched the idea for the Summer Data Refresher series.
The series is hosted in preparation for the Theory of Change work happening this fall, which includes the start of the Theory of Change Design Team work and the November General Assembly.
