After Adobe implemented an update in early February, some ACC users experienced an issue logging into their Adobe applications. 

If you are experiencing issues with your access to Adobe applications, please start by logging out of Adobe and logging in again to select the correct profile option.

Following the update, users logging into Adobe — either through the Adobe website or any of the Adobe Creative Cloud applications — now have two login options: 

1) Austin Community College – TCCTA: All ACC users (faculty, staff, and students) should select this option. This provides access to the Adobe licenses that have been acquired through the Kivuto webstore

2) Austin Community College District: This option provides access to redeem Adobe Stock credits as well as to use the free web-based tool, Adobe Express (formerly Spark).
