Austin Community College District’s (ACC) new enterprise resources planning (ERP) system, Workday, will go live for all employees on October 16, 2021. Workday is designed to modernize ACC’s technology resources, enhance employees’ abilities to do their jobs effectively, and support ACC’s strategic goals.

Workday’s Human Resources (HR), Payroll, and Finance solutions will combine elements of Colleague, Online Services, Self Service, and eApps such as eBudget, eApply, eHire, eTime, the Leave Request System, Performance Excellence Online System, the Personnel Authorization (PA) System, and the Workshop & Event Registration System. An extensive list of systems that will be replaced by Workday can be found on the Workday website

With Workday, employees can access their employee profile, view their benefits elections, and request leave from any device, including mobile.

Workday also will contain employee compensation and payroll information, payslips, time entry, paid time off (PTO) balances, and current job details (position, title, hire date). It streamlines the process.

Changes to employees’ daily work will vary across departments and teams.
