Austin Community College District’s (ACC) Library Services now offers contactless pickup for the summer semester. The service is open to students enrolled in summer courses as well as ACC faculty and staff.
Contactless pickup includes DVDs, books, and calculators. Textbooks are not included at this time. Below are the steps to follow:
- Place a hold for an item at a campus near you. Holds can be placed via our catalog at library.austincc.edu. Make sure to select items at a campus convenient to you.
- Wait for an email confirmation. Don’t rush to campus! We will send a message to your ACC email when the item you selected is confirmed.
- Reserve a day and time to pick up the items. Look for an email invitation to make your reservation. Your reservation confirmation will also be sent to your ACC email.
- Pick up the items from campus. Come to campus at your reserved time. You are required to bring your ACC ID cards and follow all ACC health & safety protocols.
The service continues through August 6 for the summer semester. Items can be returned to outside bookdrops on all ACC campuses, except Rio Grande. Visit this guide for more details.
