April is Stress Awareness Month, and Austin Community College District’s (ACC) Human Resources Employee Wellness Program is offering new workshops to help employees manage stress and anxiety.
ACC faculty and staff are encouraged to invest in their mental well-being this month by attending one of the live webinars on stress, anxiety, burnout, and other concepts around improving mental health.

Online Exercise Classes
Exercise has been proven to improve your health and reduce the risk of illness. We are offering virtual exercise classes FREE for ALL ACC employees. These are live online classes hosted by some of our esteemed exercise instructors.
