Students with ambitious transfer goals now have another resource to help them take the next step. Austin Community College District (ACC) is now a member of the Transfer Scholars Network (TSN), connecting ACC students with opportunities at some of the nation’s highly selective four-year institutions.
Through TSN, ACC students can explore transfer pathways and resources connected to 16 participating universities, including Yale, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Smith, and Rice. These institutions have strong outcomes and are fully committed to meeting demonstrated financial need for eligible U.S. and domestic transfer students, which can make a private college education more affordable and help reduce student debt.
The network provides community college students with opportunities to learn more about selective transfer admissions, connect with four-year institutions, and access resources designed to support their academic goals.
Whether students are already planning to transfer to a highly selective university or are simply exploring what’s possible after ACC, TSN gives them another way to learn about opportunities and build a path toward their goals.
