He most recently served as Associate Director for Operations & Assessment in the Division of Student Success at Texas State University. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for strategic leadership, operational excellence, collaborative problem-solving, and a data-informed approach to continuous improvement.
He earned his Executive Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Higher Education Leadership from The University of Texas at Austin.
“I’m excited to have Jesse on our team and look forward to the leadership, experience, and collaborative spirit he brings to our division,” said Dr. Michael Garcia, Associate Vice Chancellor, Facilities Maintenance & Operations. “I know the ACC community will make him feel welcome as he begins this new chapter.”
New Campus Manager at Round Rock
To further strengthen campus operations across the district, Beth Prickett transitions to lead facilities and operations at one of ACC’s largest sites as Campus Manager for the Round Rock Campus.

In her new position, Prickett will work closely with faculty, staff, students, and FMO teams to ensure a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment at Round Rock Campus.
“Beth’s experience, institutional knowledge, and collaborative leadership have prepared her well for this new role, and I’m confident she will continue to thrive as Campus Manager at Round Rock Campus,” said Garcia. “We thank her for her many contributions to the South Austin Campus and wish her continued success.”
