If you have been looking for an opportunity to engage with leadership development, collaborate across the College, and connect directly with leadership, submit your application for the College’s Theory of Change Network (TOCN). The fall deadline is Tuesday, September 8.
The TOCN is a chance to be a part of the “first knowers” network for the College’s Theory of Change. ACC Chancellor Dr. Russell Lowery-Hart regularly joins the meetings to interact with members regarding his leadership vision and other important Theory of Change work. Members in good standing help vet Design Team presentations and nominate Implementation Team members.
This opportunity is open to all employees. The 1.5-hour meetings take place from 2:30-4 p.m. on the last Monday of every month and are offered both in person at the Highland Campus and online. The first meeting of the academic year will be September 28.
