The fiscal year 2026 Procure-to-Pay requisition cutoff date is Friday, July 17. To ensure consistency with the College’s brand standards, the Office of College Relations and Marketing must approve any ACC-branded merchandise before a requisition can be submitted.
You or your vendor must submit merchandise mockups (proofs) to [email protected] no later than 5 p.m. on the following dates:

- Thursday, July 2: Deadline for specially designed items
- Friday, July 10: Deadline for approved ACC logo items
Requests received after these deadlines will be held for the 2027 fiscal year and reviewed starting September 1, 2026.
