Austin Community College District (ACC) has launched this year’s Upward Evaluation, giving all employees the opportunity to share feedback on their experience with leadership. This input plays an important role in shaping how we lead, how we work together, and how effectively we support our students.

The survey is designed with continuous improvement in mind. When leadership is clear, consistent, and aligned with our values, teams are stronger, collaboration improves, and barriers are easier to remove. The result is a more supportive environment for employees and better outcomes for the students we serve.

The email you received on Thursday, April 30, contains unique login information. Responses are confidential, and after the survey closes, managers will receive summarized feedback along with training and coaching to help them turn insights into action. Teams will also have opportunities for follow-up conversations and goal-setting.

The survey will remain open through Friday, May 15, 2026.

This is a baseline year for Upward Evaluation and part of a broader effort to strengthen communication, alignment, and trust across the College.
