Austin Community College District (ACC) is proud to present the 2026 Employee Talent Show, a collegewide variety show to benefit the Employee Emergency Fund.

The show, co-emceed by Chancellor Dr. Russell Lowery-Hart and Maze, will feature hidden talents from across the College — from musical acts to unique tricks — all to live out our value of compassion through mutual aid.

Tickets

All funds raised will help replenish the Employee Emergency Fund, providing vital grants and loans to colleagues facing financial hardship. To purchase tickets:

  1. Visit the Employee Emergency Fund web page and make a donation.
  2. Take a screenshot of your donation confirmation.
  3. Upload the screenshot to our Ticket and Votes Confirmation Form to be added to the guest list or receive the livestream link.

Suggested Donation: We ask for a minimum donation of $23 (ACC minimum wage) per ticket, but we challenge you to symbolically donate one hour of your own salary to help a colleague in need.

Voting

Support your favorite acts. The winners will be determined by the funds raised through votes. Votes are available for $1 each via the same donation link.

If you can’t attend but still want to support your colleagues, you can still buy votes. Make a donation through the Employee Emergency Fund website, then go to the Tickets and Votes confirmation form and choose “Votes.” We will send a follow-up form for you to cast your votes during the event.

“We are deeply student-centered, but we also know you can’t pour from an empty cup. This show is about the courage it takes to ask for help and the compassion to say ‘Yes’ when a colleague is in need. By symbolically donating one hour of our own pay, we can love each other to success. Let’s find joy in taking care of each other so we can continue to best serve our students,” says Maze.
