Austin Community College District’s (ACC) Information Technology (IT) leadership team hosts a series of campus conversations this year to connect directly with faculty and staff across the district. The series features monthly, in-person forums designed to break down communication silos and foster a more collaborative environment between the IT department and the broader campus community.
Historically, questions and feedback for IT have been routed through formal ticketing systems or kept within individual departments. While effective for day-to-day troubleshooting, these channels can sometimes miss broader, campus-level needs. This new initiative aims to bridge that gap by providing a consistent, approachable space to identify recurring issues early, share ideas, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement.
While each session is hosted at a specific campus to help address local needs, all ACC employees are welcome and encouraged to attend any location, regardless of their primary campus.

Date: Thursday, April 9, 2026
