The ACC Ombuds Office continues its Spring 2026 Lunch and Learn Series with GRPI: a workshop to help teams identify Goals, Roles, Processes, and Interpersonal Interactions. Sessions start March 11 and are available both in-person and online.
This workshop will help leaders and teams identify goals and provide a plan on how to achieve them. GRPI functions both as a model of why goal and role clarity are important and a facilitation tool to get your team aligned.
