Another full slate of fun and good-for-you exercise classes is opening up to ACC employees starting January 26.
There are both in-person and virtual options. The menu of classes includes:
- Yoga
- Pilates
- Cardio Conditioning
- Zumba
- Strength and Conditioning
- Cardio Dance
The exercise classes are free and open to all ACC employees. However, they fill up fast, so don’t waste time!

Exercise Stars
And if a little incentive will keep you moving, you might want to become an Exercise Star. Keeping track of your exercise minutes each week from January 26 through April 5 will help you stay motivated and help your campus win a “Most Active” trophy.
