As you prepare to get back to a full workload, don’t forget about securing your digital world by using the following checklist provided by ACC’s Information Security team:
- Update Your Info: Did something change over the winter break? Make sure all your information is current in Workday.
- Run Those Updates: Haven’t touched your work programs in a while? Update all the programs and apps you use daily to the latest secure version.
- New Semester, New Security: Back to the office not only means new outfits, but also new passwords. Take a few minutes to create strong passwords for your new and old accounts.
- Check Your MFA: Refresh your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Ensure you have it enabled to protect your login sessions.
- Lock It Down: Remember to lock all your devices (laptops, tablets, phones, etc.) when stepping away from your desk.
