The ACC Ombuds Office kicks off the spring semester with a special Lunch and Learn Series designed to support faculty and staff in navigating workplace conversations with greater confidence and understanding. Sessions start January 27 and are available both in-person and online.

The one-hour workshops offer an interactive introduction to the five conflict styles and explore how these styles commonly show up in the workplace. Open to all faculty and staff, the session helps participants identify their own conflict style, better understand the styles of colleagues, and apply this awareness to address conflict in professional and effective ways.
