As we prepare to return for the spring semester, please be advised of an important location change for the upcoming Austin Community College District (ACC) Board of Trustees meeting.
The January Board meeting scheduled for Monday, January 12, will be held at the ACC Eastview Campus, 3401 Webberville Rd., Austin, Texas, 78702.
The agenda for the meeting will be posted on the ACC Board Meetings web page when available.
Honoring a Legacy of Service
This special change in venue allows the College and the Board to host a dedicated reception honoring the retirement and legacy of Roland C. Hayes, who has served the College for a remarkable 52 years. Hayes is one of ACC’s founding faculty members, a distinguished history professor, and the visionary director of the ACC African-American Cultural Center.
The community is invited to the special reception before the Board meeting to celebrate Hayes’ legacy of service.
