Austin Community College District (ACC) will transition from the Mojo ticketing system to TeamDynamix (TDX), the College’s new service request platform, on Wednesday, October 29, 2025. Bookmark the new TeamDynamix service request system at https://acchelp.austincc.edu.

This change will make it easier and faster for employees to request support and track service requests across the College. Offices, departments, and areas that will use the new system instead of Mojo include: 

  1. Human Resources (HR)
  2. Teaching & Learning Excellence Division (TLED) / Academic Technology
  3. Budget
  4. Finance & Administration
  5. Web Admin Updates (Office of College Relations & Management)
  6. Enterprise Project Management Office
  7. Information Technology (IT) Services

  • Faster service: Streamlined workflows and clear service expectations help reduce delays.

What You Need to Know

  • Tuesday, October 28, starting at 7 p.m. – Employees will no longer be able to submit new tickets in Mojo.
  • Wednesday, October 29 – All new service requests must be submitted in TeamDynamix.
  • Existing Mojo tickets – If you have open requests in Mojo, you may receive update emails from the ACC Mojo address until November 17, when the tickets will either be resolved or transferred into TeamDynamix.

How to Get Ready

Leading up to launch, ACC’s IT Department will send information to help employees get familiar with the new system. Please look for future communications with instructions on how to submit requests for help.
