Hundreds of Austin Community College District (ACC) students and community members vying for a career in the live music industry attended the 2025 Austin City Limits (ACL) Festival Career Fair at ACC Highland Campus on September 3. ACC Career Services partnered with C3 Presents to host the hiring fair for the second consecutive year.
With about a month left before ACL Fest, attendees met with dozens of industry leaders and hiring managers for roles like marketing, production, guest services, lighting, staging, and venue management, and learned about careers at festivals and venues like Moody Center and Stubb’s Bar-B-Q.
Of the 800 attendees, about 600 of them were students, and about 15% of them were offered a job on the spot, with more expected to be hired over the next few weeks.
