Austin Community College District (ACC) is monitoring a service outage affecting inbound calls to all ACC Call Centers. The College’s Office of Information Technology (IT) reports the following systems are affected:
- Continuing Education Registration – 512-223-7542
- Educational Technology Support – 512-223-0111
- Information Technology Service Desk – 512-223-8324
- Student Affairs Help Desk – 512-223-4636
- Adult Education – 512-223-5123
Outbound dialing from the Webex Agent Desktop is not affected. IT is working with the service provider on a resolution.
UPDATE: 3 p.m. — Monday, July 28, 2025
This outage has been resolved. ACC’s Call Centers have resumed normal operations. Crews will continue to monitor the situation to ensure service stability.
