The fall semester kicks off Monday, August 25. There are still a few spots left to greet students as part of our Welcome Riverbats tradition.
ACC hosts two days of Welcome Riverbats events to welcome students with friendly faces, help them find their way around campus, and introduce them to the available services and opportunities.
Event Dates: Monday, August 25 & Tuesday, August 26
Locations: All 11 campuses
Volunteer Form: Sign up for your shift (include your t-shirt size)
Your participation makes a big difference in helping our students feel supported and start strong from the very first day. Volunteers are still needed at the following campuses:
- Eastview
- Elgin
- Rio Grande
- Highland
- Riverside
- South Austin
Volunteers will be scheduled for 2-hour shifts at welcome tables located at the main entrances of each building. Each volunteer will receive a custom Welcome Riverbat volunteer t-shirt.
