Austin Community College District’s (ACC) Student Government Association (SGA) plays a vital role in shaping student life. As the official voice of the student body, these student leaders work to strengthen the connection between students, the College, and ACC leadership.
From campus initiatives to student-focused policies, meet the student leaders who will represent and advocate for ACC students throughout the upcoming 2025-26 academic year.
President: Tiana (Tee) Allen
Tiana (Tee) Allen (pictured above on the right), a Kinesiology major who joined ACC in spring 2024, stepped into student leadership after a personal journey led them to ACC’s Student Government Association. Now serving as SGA President, Tee is focused on bridging the gap between students and administration, ensuring every voice is heard, and making ACC more accessible and equitable.
With a background as the Northridge Campus Senator, Tee brings experience and vision to the role. This year, they’re prioritizing student engagement, inclusive access across campuses, and stronger collaboration between students, faculty, and administration. Their leadership invites all students to get involved because building a better ACC starts with showing up.
Vice-President: Vanessa Trujano
Vanessa Trujano (pictured above on the left) is a Communication Studies major set to graduate this December. Vanessa’s final goal is to go to Law School to become an Immigration-centered attorney. She joined ACC in search of direction and found a community. Her journey from uncertainty to leadership was shaped by the support she received at Highland Campus and a drive to uplift students who, like her, hadn’t always been handed the tools to succeed.
Now, as SGA Vice President, Vanessa is focused on reshaping SGA into a platform where student needs come first and diverse voices are prioritized. She champions inclusion, alternative pathways, and stronger student identity. Through open assemblies and outreach, she invites students to get involved and help build a college experience that reflects everyone’s story. Vanessa believes everyone is ready; they just need the tools to start the race.
Secretary: LeeAnn Partin

LeeAnn Partin, a Graphic Design student in Visual Communications, joined SGA to make student voices count, especially those who feel overlooked. Motivated by classmates’ frustrations and a desire to build unity across campuses, they see their role as a bridge between students and leadership.
As Secretary, LeeAnn is working to make SGA more approachable and responsive. That means being accessible, creating space for connection, and making sure every student feels their voice matters. Whether it’s through email, mySL, or attending events, LeeAnn encourages students to reach out and get involved because meaningful change starts with connection.
Historian: Sage Zuniga

Sage Zuniga is a General Sciences student who joined ACC in fall 2023. They bring a unique passion to their role as Historian, through their love for storytelling and vision for student representation. With plans to pursue Political and Informational Sciences, Sage sees documenting student life as both a career-aligned goal and a meaningful way to uplift their peers.
Sage’s mission is to help students feel seen, now and for years to come, by preserving the efforts, initiatives, and voices that shape ACC. This year, Sage hopes to launch a student scrapbooking initiative that encourages others to document their journeys and contributions. They believe every student already belongs to SGA by being part of ACC, and all it takes to get involved is reaching out.
Parliamentarian: Lillian DeChaine

Lillian DeChaine, a Political Science major who joined ACC in summer 2024, brings a deep passion for government, ethics, and philosophy to her role as Parliamentarian. She sees student leadership as an opportunity to grow alongside peers while championing fairness and integrity across Student Government.
Lillian’s focus is on maintaining order and transparency during meetings, ensuring all voices are represented and decisions are made justly. With a commitment to accountability and service, she encourages students to get involved, whether through SGA events, volunteering, or simply showing up. For Lillian, every student has a place in shaping change; it just starts with taking the first step.
If you know a student interested in getting involved, have them visit the SGA website or connect with Jaren Murphy, Chartered Student Groups and Civics Lab Manager, at [email protected].
