ACC’s annual Performance Excellence Program (PEP) returns June 30–August 11, inviting employees to take stock of their achievements and prepare for the year ahead.
All employees hired before December 31, 2024, will be assigned a self-evaluation task in Workday. This step is designed to give you space to reflect on your performance, growth, and goals. Once submitted, your supervisor will schedule a one-on-one meeting to discuss your feedback, provide insights, and work with you to set future objectives.
Information Sessions
To help you get the most out of this process, Human Resources is offering four virtual info sessions: two sessions will focus on how employees can thoughtfully complete their self-evaluations, and the other two are for supervisors, with strategies for leading strong, supportive PEP conversations.

Compliance Trainings
Before PEP evaluations are conducted, all employees should be up to date with the following mandatory compliance trainings:
- Cybersecurity Awareness
- Active Shooter Training
- Preventing Harassment & Discrimination: Non-Supervisors Clery and Title IX
- Accommodating People with Disabilities
This year’s training must be completed by August 1, 2025. To be sure you’re compliant, check your Learning Transcript in Workday. You have met this year’s requirement if:
- The Learning Transcript shows courses were completed within the current fiscal year (September 1, 2024 – August 31, 2025)
- ACC Compliance Program FY25 appears under your Completed section
