Student Advocacy Center provides students with support applying for SNAP

Do you know a student who may need help applying for SNAP? The Student Advocacy Center team is here to provide guidance and one-on-one support.

Encourage students to sign up for an upcoming SNAP Pop-up Session at austincc.edu/advocacy to get assistance with their application. Check the schedule below.

What is SNAP?

SNAP helps low-income families buy groceries. The benefits are provided on an electronic card each month that is used like an ATM or bank card to buy food at most grocery stores and farmer’s markets.
