It’s time to apply for the FY25 employee tuition reimbursement program. The window to submit your application closes this Friday, February 28, 2025. 

ACC’s Employee Tuition Reimbursement program is for employees seeking a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree. The program is open to:

  • Staff and adjunct faculty employed at ACC for at least three consecutive years
  • Those in good standing with no defaults on any federal student loans obtained through ACC
  • Those enrolled at an accredited college or university earning a “C” or better (or passing grade in a pass/fail credit course)

Successful applicants will receive 75 percent of tuition and fees up to $3,000 per fiscal year or $8,000 over the employee’s lifetime at ACC. Reimbursement is not applicable for personal development or personal enrichment classes.

How to Apply

You must complete an application for reimbursement, write a benefit statement, and submit an unofficial transcript. Here is the information you’ll need for the application:

  • Name/ACCeID
  • ACC Hire Date
  • Classification
  • ACC Campus
  • College/University
  • Expected graduation date
  • Current GPA
  • Semesters you’ll be taking classes
  • Reimbursement funding amount

You’ll also need the following supporting documents:

  • Applicant statement explaining how this reimbursement might benefit you at ACC
  • Tuition & fees invoice
  • Unofficial transcript
