The Chancellor’s Leadership Institute (CLI) invites you to a special conversation series launching this semester to talk about leadership at Austin Community College (ACC). 

The CLI will visit every campus during the spring 2025 semester to share insights from recent employee surveys and discuss solutions that can help reshape leadership at ACC — and yes, there will be food!

Each session will feature a brief update from members of the CLI followed by special tabling workshops where you can enjoy food for thought while you take a deeper dive into the ACC Values with fellow colleagues and the CLI team. Together, we’ll discuss and learn what it looks like to lead with courage, compassion, joy, and the spirit of yes.  

Your feedback will help the CLI develop a blueprint for leadership at the College that everyone can use.
